The Support
Impact is created by shaping a sustainable ecosystem in heritage tourism by reaching out to people from across the country. The idea is to support individuals, the communities to benefit from entrepreneurial endeavours. This would further create employment, leading to community impact across India. We organise national engagement platforms for locals to showcase their own cities to varied audiences and design experiences of little-known territories. The program is envisioned to support a diverse income group through socio-cultural benefits of the tourism sector in India by integrating new possibilities for participatory approaches.

Income for locals today is dependent on multiple factors from accessibility, knowledge, skills and much more. To mitigate any such limitation, we offer strategic and technical expertise in heritage, sustainability and urban transformation for everyone’s direct benefit. Our projects initiated the new age interactive phenomenon to facilitate and operative insights and connect locals and give them the opportunity to showcase their city like no-one else. The message of Vocal for Local is core to our program and is directed towards community success and a reflection of India’s own bases of talent which remains untapped in the hinterlands. To provide an equal opportunity to the locals and ensuring a platform for them to fuel their entrepreneurial aspirations, this program has been designed as the voice of locals. We integrate participatory activities with actual audiences and qualitative surveys to assess the diverse thematic projects.
We like to hear from incumbents who have got some or are looking to apply solution for the first time. Based on incumbent application we facilitate delivery models to test core proposition and empower incumbents with social and organizational operationalization.

Our incubator program facilitates cultural heritage entrepreneurship linking regenerative travel particularly for the sections of the society who need our support. We encourage all kinds of cultural heritage and tourism ideas offering real-world opportunities, mobility, rural and urban development, and much more.
We bring holistic approach that considers the motivations that an individual or a group carries with itself in the journey towards success. The evaluation process is based on participatory approaches, demographic patterns and focus on imparting learning to operate under-utilized, historically constituted assets for cultural heritage engagements. The process of selection is kept at a simplest form, but the rewards are kept high. We understand that there are sections in our society which has a lot of potential but lacks the right opportunity or the right platform. This program is designed for that strata of the society.

We have identified and created projects that benefits the people connected with cultural heritage of the location, and others from the field. With diverse themes of projects from people, culture, environment, and employment, we cover all the platforms of transformation. We strongly feel that the socio-cultural challenges must be mitigated by not thinking REVIVAL but CREATION. Creation of skills, jobs, nurturing the nature and talent can bring sustainable development. We operate several flagships and bring innovation in social position of local identities through cultural and heritage aspects of our country in a responsible, safe, and sustainable manner.

How does it work

Successful Incumbents
Commit to an timeline, developing and testing their experiences. Be responsible for delivering experiences in the chosen territory, imbibing brand values.
The successful incumbents will define their community purpose and will be able to plan, design and market their services and leverage new connections and social experiences. They will take responsibility for introducing tourism products in the chosen territory and manage development of the experiences, pilot & testing, delivery, marketing & benchmarking. The mentoring will be provided to manage costs and impacts on business operation, product creation, partner selection and sales.
